Customer support and portal

With a view to continuous improvement of the services that Arket offers to its customers, starting from October 2019 the new web portal dedicated to Arket customers and resellers is available, accessible at portal.arket.it

To access the portal, you need to use the credentials we provided to your company Manager who maintains relations with Arket (eg IT Manager, Technical Manager, Accounting Manager).

The customer portal allows you to:

Open support tickets

Monitor the status of tickets and manage them

Consult documents (reports, invoices, licenses)

Arket has chosen to make the customer portal the only channel reserved for opening support tickets, to optimize the management of requests and the fulfillment of the assistance service.

Following the opening of the ticket through the portal, Arket will be responsible for contacting the customer by phone or e-mail, at the contact filled into the request.

Features available to portal users

  • Technical Area User

    • Support ticket opening action
    • Intervention reports area: allows you to consult the intervention reports relating to the activities carried out for your company
    • Licenses Area: allows you to consult the active licenses for the customer
    • For Resellers: Downloads, Dedicated Technical and Commercial Documentation
    • Support Tickets Area: allows you to view and manage tickets opened via the portal

  • Accounting Area User

    • Consultation area of the Invoices addressed to you issued by Arket
    • Intervention reports area: allows you to consult the intervention reports relating to the activities carried out for your company
    • Licenses Area: allows you to consult the active licenses for the customer
    • For Resellers: Downloads, Dedicated Technical and Commercial Documentation

Need help logging into the portal?

Do you have the user ID to access the portal but do not remember the password?

If you have forgotten your password to access the portal, you can use the password recovery procedure available by clicking “Forgot your password?” on the Arket portal login screen.
Just enter the user ID assigned by Arket (of the type tec_ID@portal.arket.it or amm_ID@portal.arket.it) and the e-mail associated with the user at the first access through the action “Update user data” . If the user data has not been updated, the e-mail address to be entered is that of the person to whom Arket initially sent the e-mail with the credentials.

Did you forget your login credentials?

If you have lost your login user ID, please request it again by sending an email to credenziali@arket.it.
We will forward the user ID and a new temporary password to the contact person to whom the credentials were first sent.
